ABOUT SEAPOINTE VILLAGE

Seapointe is a 17 acre oceanfront, 24 hour guard gated resort located at the Jersey Shore in the Diamond Beach section of Lower Township, N.J. nestled between Wildwood Crest, N.J. and Cape May, N.J. You can find it by going South on the Parkway and getting off at the very end, Exit 0. About a quarter of a mile, turn left at the light towards Wildwood. A few miles on the right is an entrance to Seapointe.

The resort consists of many amenities as well as different types of homes with each Seapointe home individually decorated by the owner. There are single family homes, condos and townhomes from one to four bedrooms for rent. You can find many homes of different sizes on this website here. Each home depending on the size gets X number of tags for use at any of the amenities.

There are 3 oceanfront buildings with condos, and two other buildings (Centre Court and the Garden buildings) also with condos, townhomes around the perimeter of Seapointe and single family homes in the back of Seapointe. When renting a Seapointe home, if there are issues you should contact the person who rented it to you.

Seapointe was built in the late 1980's. It has gone through several changes over the years, most notably the IBIS buildings were added and built with an indoor/outdoor pool. In 2018, the oceanfront waterfall and jacuzzi area have undergone a major overhaul.

AMENITIES

The amenities at Seapointe are amazing.
  • There are four swimming pools, each one featuring something different:
  • The main pool has a light curtain spray over it, a baby area and dancing waterfalls (sprays that come up out of the ground). There is tons of seating around the pool and a deck with misting stations above the pool. It also has an oceanfront view. It is located oceanfront with 3 buildings surrounding it and is the largest pool at Seapointe. Many of the balconies closest to the front of their buildings (North Beach, South Beach and Pinnacle) have a view of this pool.

The Garden pool is a more quiet pool located right outside the Garden building. The Garden pool is also known for the garden of flowers there.

Centre Court pool is a series of 4-5 areas: a bubble area, a slide area, 2 swimming areas and a separate pools with spouts of water. The fourth pool is an indoor/outdoor pool with a wading area with 4 or 5 spouts of water shooting up. This area is great for toddlers.

The IBIS pool is an indoor/outdoor pool with a wading pool for toddlers (although adults love to sit in it to keep cool). This pool is open year round except for one week for maintenance in May (see the pool schedule).

The temperatures at each pool are set differently so hopefully you should find a pool that meets your needs. An aquatics team is always checking the water to be sure the right amount of chlorine, etc is in the water. You can download the current hours for each pool here. Note that they can change without notice.

  • Seapointe Village has 2 tennis courts with pickleball lines painted on them as well. You can reserve times to play by calling X at X or by going to the Realty office by the gatehouse.

  • There are 6 jacuzzis throughout Seapointe. Three of them are very large and close to the oceanfront area, one is at the Garden pool, one at the Centre Court pool and a big one inside the indoor/outdoor pool.

  • You will find many barbeque grills around Seapointe to grill some lunch or dinner. The are located between the buildings, near the IBIS building as well as on the sand in front of the main pool.

  • There is a small basketball court with two levels of heights for the hoop.

  • Enjoy two fire pits. One is for smore making while the other is not. Find one under the huge gazebo by the indoor pool and the other in front of the oceanfront pool.

  • You will find a bocce ball court as well in front of the oceanfront pool.

  • Toddlers will enjoy the small playground near the tennis courts.

  • Seapointe doesn't skimp on the landscaping. There are an abundance of beautiful perrennial bushes/flowers. Tons of annual flowers are planted every year all around the 17 acres.

  • This is a 24/7 guard gated community.

  • Beach bar next door - Although it is not a part of Seapointe, you can use the ICONA beach bar just next door.

  • We have lifeguards that are available during the pool hours.

  • In the Pinnacle building you will find an array of amenities such as a game room, an exercise room, a meeting room, and a sauna.

  • BUILDING ROOM LOCATIONS

There are 3 oceanfront buildings. North Beach, South Beach and Pinnacle. North Beach: The even numbered rooms in the North Beach building each have a view of the inside of Seapointe while the odd numbered condos have a view outside of Seapointe, in particular, the Icona. Most have ocean views. The only rooms without an ocean view are those that end in 00. The first number of the room indicates the floor number. The ground floor starts with a 2 and is one floor up from the garages and is level with the main pool. So for example, 406 is floor 4 or two floors up from the main pool. South Beach: It is the exact opposite as the North Beach building. It is the odd numbered rooms in South Beach that have a view of the inside of Sepointe Village and the even numbered look out over the resort next door. But the same is true of floor numbers and which do not have views. Pets are allowed at Seapointe, but only for owners, not for their guests. Pets for owners in the condo buildings must be less than 25 lbs but can be larger in the other buildings. The Seapointe Village association has a few rules that both homeowners and guests must follow. A few of those rules are: No smoking, No towels on the balcony railings, ............. Why Seapointe Village is so Popular Seapointe is very popular due to the number of amenities and the wide range of choices and prices. Parking is not an issue since there is underground parking for each building. Every year the homes get fully booked with many repeat guests that come back year after year.
