Our condo is very open and bright looking. The game room is large ,the kids will love it and will have a place to play at night. The gym is state of the art and very clean. Coastal Condo has the largest pool in the crest. The Pool area is Large and Private. It Can Not be viewed from the street. Heated Pool--Hot Tub--Kiddie Pool all privacy fenced in for privace and security. It is surrounded by multi million dollar private homes in our complex. This unit can sleep between 8-10 people. There are 2 covered private parking spots. Located just steps from the beach. Unwind and enjoy your self on our wraparound deck watching a fantastic sunset at the end of the day. We love our home and hope you will too! All Bikes,beach chairs, and beach toys must be stored in our locked storage. Bikes CAN NOT be left in the garage area at anytime. Sheets and towels are included but MUST be washed,dried,folded,and put back in the closet before checkout at 10:00am. We rent to families or mature adults 25 years or older. NO PROMS, SENIOR WEEK OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS -Large Living Room with 42"PLASMA T.V leading off to deck. -ADDITIONAL NEW FURNITURE NOT YET IN PHOTO -A large modern Bright kitchen w/ stone counter tops -Master bed room with king size bed -2nd bedroom with queen size bed -3rd bedroom with a full size bed and one single -A queen size sofa bed -We also have a roll-away single if the little one needs to be in your room -A 6 seater out door patio set and wicker set -9 ft ceilings, hardwood floors, ceramic tile baths with corian vanities and master bathroom large spa.
