• Double pocket doors separate the bedroom and den yet each has their own separate entrance as well.   Main bath is through the master and 1/2 bath near the kitchen.       

• Den sleeps 3 - Bunk beds with full on bottom and single on top

• Extra large balcony (about as large as a 3br condo).  Has a table and four chairs, a glider for 2 and a bar height table and chairs for 2 with plenty of room to move around.

• No carpeting - tiled floors throughout.

• Condo has 3 TVs (50" in the LR, 29" in the Master and a smaller TV in the den.

• Fully equipped kitchen with all size pots and pans, casserole dishes, bowls, dishes, etc. including plastic dishes and drinkware for kids.  Bring your margarita mix, we also supply glass and plastic margarita glasses for the pool or for fun for kids.

• Stackable washer/dryer in the condo.

• Access to the balcony from the LR or the Den.

• We allow our guests access to our utility cage to store their chairs, boogy boards, etc so they do not need to drag them to their car (they are not allowed in the building).  Cage is located in the first door in the North Beach building off the beach.
