ABOUT US

We are the proud owners of two condos.    We own a one bedroom in Seapointe Village, NJ AND a one bedroom and den in the North Beach building at Seapointe Village.   Our family members and friends love to use them and we also rent them out so guests too can enjoy the beauty and fun of Seapointe.  We purchased a large one Bedroom, one Bath Seapointe condo in the North Beach building in 2003 when our kids were smaller and have enjoyed it for many years.

We purchased the 1 BR/ 1Bath Seapointe Village condo in 2003.  It has an ocean view and main pool view .  A family of four with 2 small children can save money by renting this one bedroom Seapointe Village home because we have 4 real beds in one large room (Queen bed plus a bunk bed.).  We also own a one BR and den and 1.5 baths (we purchased in 2014) which sleeps five with at most 2 adults to be comfortable.   The two rooms are connected via pocket doors.  The location of both condos are smack in the middle of the building, allowing close access from the elevators, good views of the ocean/main pool and allows one to "people watch" from the balcony.   The balconies are on the inside of Seapointe, viewing what goes on in Seapointe instead of what happens at the hotel next door.  Watch folks come and go.

Although our kids are older now and still come to Seapointe when they can based on when their work schedules allow it, you can still find Bill and I walking on the beach collecting shells or relaxing on the sand reading a good book.  We also enjoy pool hopping (main pool, Centre Court pool or the outside of the indoor/outdoor pool), but mostly love sitting under the main pool waterfall.

We are lovers of pickleball and play often, so get your paddles and join us on the pickleball courts!

We also run a Seapointe Village rentals by owner Facebook group consisting of folks who love and want to rent in Seapointe Village.  We post rental specials and rental cancellations.   We also post important information about Seapointe and we answer questions about Seapointe Village that you may have.   Make sure you answer all the questions to get into the group.
