• Fully equipped kitchen with all size pots and pans, casserole dishes, bowls, dishes, etc. including plastic dishes and drinkware for kids.  Bring your margarita mix, we also supply glass and plastic margarita glasses for the pool or for fun for kids.

• There is a stackable washer/dryer in the condo.

• Gain access to the balcony from both the LR or the Bedroom.

• We allow our guests access to our utility cage to store their beach gear (chairs, boogy boards), etc so they do not need to lug them to their car (they are not allowed in the building per our association).
