To help you plan better here is some information on storing your bikes, both electric and regular bikes.
Electric bikes are not allowed to be stored in any of the multi unit homes nor under in any of the garages under the buildings. This is for safety reasons.
Regular bikes are also not allowed to be stored in any of the multi unit homes (think wear and tear), but may be stored in the garages under the buildings. Most folks lock them to their car racks.
