To use the Seapointe Village amenities such as the beach, the pools, etc. each person must have a wrist tag. Security will go around periodically to check for folks who do not belong. Be sure to keep those tags with you because you may be asked to go get them. Each size home gets a certain number of tags and per the HOA, a host is not allowed to rent to more people than the number of tags. See below to find out how many seapointe village tags you will get:
